2/28/16

It’s a new year and I have a few things to report!

I helped edit this book; if you are a fan of horror movies, I bet you will like it. At $5 for the Kindle version, it’s a steal. Check it out: Horror Movie a Day: the Book

On 2/18/16 I was a storyteller at Unbreak My Heart: Stories of True Love and True Disasters at the Salem Athenaeum. It was an emotional night, but very memorable. I have never done a storytelling session before– I’ve always ever read– so it was uncharted waters for me!

Additionally, I just found out that my poem “There is a Creature in the Desert with the Sharpest Claws” will be featured soon on Drunk Monkeys; I am not sure when but will update accordingly.

February is always a hard time for me (as the “On the Day” feature on Facebook indicates) but I am plugging along and already have more submissions out than all of last year. So there is that! I am looking forward to the warmer weather, and of course the journey to California for AWP., where I will be representing both Antioch University Los Angeles and helping out with the Zoetic Press table. More on that as it emerges.
